Research Shows Brain Balance is Effective

A Harvard study found that kids who participated in the Brain Balance Program saw a significant reduction in ADHD index scores, discernible changes in hyperactivity, enhanced cognitive attention, and reductions in oppositional behavior.

We are continually collaborating with world class researchers to show the efficacy of the program and reveal through data how the Brain Balance Program can help children, teens and adults improve.

Did you know the brain can change?

Yes it can, and at any age too!

Change in the brain refers to new neural pathways being formed or existing connections becoming stronger and more efficient. In order to successfully perform daily cognitive and physical tasks, the pathways in our brain need to be communicating as efficiently as possible across all brain regions.

When individuals struggle with focus, learning, behavior, emotional regulation, or sensory processing, it can be linked to weak connections across different regions in the brain. But the good news is, we know that the brain can change.

The Brain Balance program is designed to strengthen and build whole-brain connectivity with a unique combination of physical, sensory, and cognitive activities.
