Cooper was the kid who loved to read, but hated to write.

Teachers blamed it on fine motor skills and lack of motivation. “It will come,” they said. As he continued school, he struggled with getting anything on paper. He could explain it to you quite well in words well above grade level, but on paper, they sounded like they were coming from a child much younger than him. Tears and struggles became a way of life. He had tantrums in public as you would see on reality T.V. shows like Super Nanny.

Brain Balance helped us to realize that the issues we were having were not due to “lack of motivation” or “hurried work,” but rather due to some real imbalances that were a part of our kids. Brain Balance helped us, worked with us. Together we formed a partnership to help Cooper and his sister succeed. Together, with Brain Balance, we helped our family succeed. But the greatest example was when our family took a trip to San Diego. We arrived at the airport properly packed, on time, and tantrum-less. I will never forget the smiles on Cooper and Carsyn’s faces when they looked up at us, and said, “Look, Mom and Dad, we’re doing it. We’re a REAL family now!”

As parents, it’s our responsibility to help our children succeed to the best of their ability by lessening daily struggles and challenges. Brain Balance helped us do that. Together with Brain Balance, we formed a partnership to help Cooper succeed and to help our family succeed.

Brain Balance students progress an average of 2.6 levels in 3 months for sensory motor exercises. On average, customers surveyed rated their satisfaction at 8.5 on a 10 point scale.
