Brain Balance is Coming to the Greater Philadelphia Area

2025

Dr. Teresa Fuller is thrilled to bring Brain Balance to the greater Philadelphia area

Brain Balance is more than just a program—it’s a whole-family approach that creates meaningful effects across homes, schools, and entire communities. For children facing challenges related to ADHD, Autism, ADD, sensory processing, and other learning or behavioral differences, everyday life can feel overwhelming—not just for them, but for the families supporting them. Many parents find themselves navigating a maze of therapies, medications, and professional opinions, often without the results they hoped for. That’s where Brain Balance offers a different path.

How does the Brain Balance program work?

Brain Balance is a holistic, non-medical approach designed to strengthen and improve brain connectivity—supporting lasting change in both children and adults.

By targeting the root causes of challenges related to focus, behavior, emotional regulation, learning, and sensory processing, our program works to bring the brain and body into better balance and communication. Through a customized combination of physical, cognitive, and nutritional activities, we help unlock potential and promote stronger, more efficient brain function.

Whether you're navigating challenges related to ADHD, Autism, anxiety, learning differences, or simply looking to enhance cognitive performance, Brain Balance offers a comprehensive and supportive path forward—for ages 4-18, and even adults!

What are the effects of the program on communities?

While Brain Balance is often recognized for its success with children, the impact extends far beyond the individual. Families frequently report improvements in their daily routines, communication, and overall quality of life. When one person experiences meaningful change, the entire family dynamic can shift toward more harmony, connection, and confidence.
Additionally, many teachers and school staff face increasing demands to meet students’ academic and emotional needs, often without additional resources or training. When a child is better able to regulate their emotions, follow instructions, and stay focused, the entire classroom benefits.

Brain Balance doesn’t replace the classroom experience—it enhances it. Children who’ve gone through the program often return to school with improved executive functioning, increased self-control, and greater confidence in their learning abilities. This can result in fewer disruptions, more engaged students, and a more positive learning environment for everyone.
