Program Director
Exempt, Full-time

Brain Balance Achievement Centers seeks a dynamic Program Director who possesses outstanding interpersonal skills and coaching experience. Our after-school program works with children struggling socially, behaviorally, academically, and/or developmentally by addressing the cause, not the symptoms. The Program Director is responsible for developing individualized programs for every Brain Balance student as well as maintaining communication with parents in addition to supporting business development, customer relations, sales, event planning, and operations. The Program Director reports to the Center Director.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Student assessments & test interpretation
• Parent conferences
• Customer relations
• Community relations
• Design each child’s individualized Brain Balance program
• Manage, motivate, and train all Sensory Motor staff
• Business development
• Sales
• Operations
• Marketing support
• Special events

Qualifications
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years management experience
• Teaching experience and/or working with special needs
• Encourages open communication with parents through active listening
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to easily adjust the message to match the audience
• Ability to handle customer concerns in a calm and positive manner
• Excellent planning skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Organized
• Detail-oriented
• Patient, compassionate, and energetic
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Google, Microsoft Office, and other office programs
