Alexia Flores
Family Resource Manager
With a B.A. in Psychology from Temple University, Alexia has always had a strong interest in psychology and neuroscience. Paired with the fact that she has always loved working with children, her path led her to become a Brain Balance coach!
Additionally, she has seven years of hands-on experience supporting children through ABA therapy, swim instruction, and childcare, aiding in her ability to work with child development.
When she’s not at Brain Balance, you can find her teaching Solidcore classes—showcasing her values in having a strong mind and body. She also loves trying new foods and restaurants, listening to podcast, and challenging herself with daily NYT games.
Her advice to families? “Be patient and consistent. Real growth takes time, and every small step your child takes is an achievement. Celebrate the victories, trust the process, and remember that your involvement and encouragement at home make a huge difference in helping your child succeed.”
