Dr. Rebecca Jackson

Rebecca JacksonDr. Rebecca Jackson is a researcher, clinician, and
author whose work sits at the intersection of neurodevelopment, cognitive performance, and long-term functional outcomes in children and adolescents.

As Chief Program Officer at Brain Balance, Dr. Jackson leads the design, implementation, and research evaluation of multimodal developmental intervention programs designed to impact development, cognition, and well-being.Her published peer-reviewed research spans attention, cognitive performance,  executive function, sensorimotor development, and parent- and teacher-reported behavioral outcomes, with studies appearing in Frontiers in Psychology, Humanities
and Social Sciences Communications, the Journal of Advances in Medicine
and Medical Research, and Journal for the Study of Education and
Development, among others.

Dr. Jackson is the author of Back on Track, published by Mayo Clinic Press — a book grounding developmental science in practical application for families navigating neurodevelopmental challenges.

A national speaker and media contributor on brain health and development, Dr. Jackson's central conviction is that the foundation a child builds today is the strongest predictor of their future abilities — and that foundation is far more malleable than most families are told.
