Next Steps

Before the meeting:

1. Complete the Parent Observation Form in your appointment confirmation email sent from Brain Balance.
2. Have your child take the Creyos Cognitive Assessment. It is best to complete the assessment on a laptop or computer and will take about 20 minutes. You can help your child with the directions and practice test. But for the most accurate results, just observe during the official activity.
3. Download the Brain Balance App on your iPad or Tablet. You will receive the username and password during the assessment meeting.

During the meeting:

During the assessment meeting your Brain Balance representative will conduct several interactive exercises with your child to measure many separate developmental functions during the first 30 minutes of our meeting. You will need a small open space. Please make sure you are in a quiet area, free from distractions, with your child during the assessment.

It is important for both parents/guardians to attend if possible. Just share the meeting link!
