Marci Herron is the Director of Brain Balance of Cornelius. She first came to us in the Spring of 2012. Marci has her Bachelors in Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz and her Masters in Recreation Administration & Resource Management from California State University, Long Beach. She has twenty years of experience working with special needs children in both formal and informal education settings, parks & recreation programs, athletics and non-profit arenas.
With her extensive experience and personable approach, Marci is able to provide parents with a thorough understanding of their child’s brain development and function. She works closely with them to ensure that they have the proper guidance and support to make lasting life changes through behavioral coaching, and education advocacy in the school system.
Marci spends her free time playing volleyball, SUP’ing on Lake Norman, travelling when she can and playing at the National White Water Center.
