Jennifer Jaynes is a veteran teacher with 13 years of teaching experience. She married Roger in 1999 and graduated from Wright State University with her Bachelor of Science in Education degree in 2001. Jennifer taught science and math to at-risk high school students for 6 years and then taught Chemistry and Physics in the traditional classroom for 7 years. She earned her MAEd in Curriculum and Educational Technology from the University of Phoenix in 2004. Jennifer and Roger have three sons ages 13, 11 and 5.
Jennifer has a very deep and personal connection with the Brain Balance Program®. In 2011, her oldest son, Samuel, then 7 years old, was diagnosed with ADHD and Asperger’s. Sam was struggling socially as well as developmentally. While searching for non-medical drug-free strategies to help Sam, a friend suggested that she read the book Disconnected Kids, by Dr. Robert Melillo. For the first time since Sam had been diagnosed, someone was able to offer real strategies and solutions that addressed the root cause of Sam’s struggles. Jennifer finished the book in one night, called the Cincinnati Brain Balance Center the next morning and asked, “When can he start?” Sam’s progress while participating in the Brain Balance Program® was nothing short of a miracle for him and truly life-changing for the whole family. Because of Sam’s amazing transformation, Jennifer and Roger were inspired to bring the Brain Balance Program® to the Miami Valley area.
In April of 2015, the Brain Balance Achievement Center of Centerville opened its doors. As the Center Director, Jennifer has the privilege of introducing families to this amazing approach to learning and life skills. As she guides families through the enrollment process, she helps parents understand why their child is struggling with behavior and academics and how the Brain Balance Program® can help restore balance not only for your child but for your whole family. It is Jennifer’s sincere hope that every time you visit our center, she can connect with you and your child on a personal level; and that you will be able to see her passion for connecting your child with success.
