We Help Kids Who Struggle In Centerville
For parents, one of the hardest experiences is having your child struggle with academic, social, or behavioral issues. It can often feel overwhelming when you know that your child is struggling, especially when it seems as though helpful resources are limited. We want you to know that help is out there and that your family doesn’t have to work through these issues alone. Brain Balance Achievement Center of Centerville specializes in helping children overcome the obstacles they may be facing both at home and in the classroom.
At Brain Balance Achievement Centers, we have helped thousands of children overcome the challenges of common childhood disorders such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or Asperger Syndrome, learning disabilities such as dyslexia or dyscalculia, processing disorders such as Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD), behavioral issues such as anxiety, Leaky Gut, Oppositional Defiant Disorders (ODD) and many other types of learning and development issues that impact children. At Brain Balance Achievement Center of Centerville, our Brain Balance program uses a drug-free approach to help your child overcome the challenges they face daily. The elements of our integrated approach include academic activities that focus on brain-based learning techniques, sensory motor activities that are designed to improve balance and stability, and a clean eating nutritional plan.
Personalized Plans To Meet Your Child’s Needs
At Brain Balance Achievement Center of Centerville, our program kicks off with an in-depth assessment of your child which helps us develop a personalized learning program that will help your child reach their goals. Next, we conduct in-center sessions that focus on sensory motor training and academic skills. Each of these sessions is an hour long and occurs three times each week. The timeframe varies since our programs are personalized to meet the individual needs and challenges of the children we help. Your child’s results will determine the number of sessions that your child will attend. Programs are generally completed in 36-72 sessions, with some children needing more time to achieve their goals. We believe that completing activities at home are the key to having successful outcomes. Therefore, the Brain Balance Achievement Center of Centerville will also provide your family with an assortment of in-home activities, from exercises to a nutritional program, in order to help establish a healthy routine at home.
If you are noticing that your child is having difficulty staying still, has developed narrow or obsessive interests, has a learning disorder such as dyslexia, or seems to have frequent tantrums, the Brain Balance Achievement Center of Centerville can help you and your child find a way to overcome the symptoms of common disorders. We invite you to visit our center in the Planet Fitness Shopping Center, located behind Fricker’s and Sam’s Club, to learn more about us.
