Another Great Brain Balance Success Story for ADHD Boy

We had a similar experience with Brain Balance. Our son, Conor, was diagnosed with ADHD when he was 6 years old. We had gone to a psychiatrist because we had such a hard time finding the right ADHD medication for my son — he had so many negative side effects from the medication. My husband and I were miserable. We felt like horrible parents. Ours was an unhappy home. More importantly, Conor was unhappy, his self esteem was being affected, he was unable to get along with other kids and he knew he was different. He told the pyschiatrist that he just want to be a “good boy”. We finally chose to take him to Brain Balance. Although he still needs his ADHD meds, we were able to reduce the dosage and are seeing less negative side effects. My son is getting mostly E’s in conduct and had almost straight A’s on his last report card in the Spring. More importantly, we are a much happier family now. Life is not perfect, we still have some issues with him being argumentative and impulsive, but nothing like before. This we can deal with. I will never regret taking him to Brain Balance and even though we have “graduated”, Dr. Pete and the Brain Balance team still remain a resource that we can count on.

Our daughter has been given a diagnosis of PDD. She is 16 years old and the “world” has no answers. We would like to bring her for an evaluation but have not seen the cost anywhere.
Could someone PLEASE! send the cost so we can make our plans. We are filled with hope for our daughters “connections”. Thanks!
A very excited but extremely tired Mom.

My son is 12 -1/2 and has been on many meds since age 2-1/2 for severe ADHD with signs of Aspbergers. He is currently in an RTC where they are very pro meds. We see troubling side effects and want to get him back home and off meds. He needs alternative treatment and I am very interested in your program. We live in Annapolis, MD in between Baltimore and Wash. D.C. I purchased your book. What can we do living here?

Do the assessments and exercises outlined in the book. It will be slow at first, but our boy has shown steady improvement on them over time. He is in the BB program in GA, but the home exercises are a big part of it, so doing just that should bring some improvement.
